Why practice Mindful Eating?
Many of us consume the majority of our meals amid a myriad of distractions; TV’s, phones, laptops, work, family life etc. All this interference can block us from picking up on the signals our bodies are sending us about how and what we’re eating.
At Nati’s Health, we advocate mindfulness techniques that help us tune-in to our bodies’ signals and understand how to interpret them.

We’ve developed this 5 day Mindful Eating Course to help you gain an understanding of what mindfulness really is and how it can help you to develop an awareness of your eating habits
If you regularly find yourself mindlessly snacking in front of the TV, or forcing down the same meal over and over again simply because it’s the easiest and fastest way to fuel up, this course will help you understand why you find yourself in these patterns time and again and equip you with the tools to start to change them, if that’s what you want.

Health Coach Scope of Practice Overview
HCI students are trained to work with individuals and groups in a client-centred process to support their health. They are experts on behaviour change and possess the skills required to create trust and rapport with clients. The coaching process empowers clients to draw on internal strengths, develop self-knowledge, and embrace strategies for making lifestyle changes necessary for optimal health. Health Coaches do not prescribe, diagnose, treat, or interpret results; rather they guide, educate, and support clients.
