Naming and understanding your emotions are essential not just for your mental and emotional health but also in relation to others.

We need to start with the basics of emotions before digging deeper into the idea of emotional intelligence and how that affects our relationships.

In this workbook, we will look at what the purpose of emotions are and how we can befriend them, instead of avoiding them.

This will empower you to better understand yourself and your emotions, and improve your relationships with others.
